All Roku’s media streaming devices, as well as all Roku TV models, don’t have Bluetooth. Only Roku’s audio devices like the Roku TV wireless speaker, Roku Streambar, and the Roku smart soundbar.

If you want to use Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth speakers with Roku devices, you need to use one of these devices: Roku Smart Soundbar, Roku TV with Roku TV Wireless Speaker, and Roku Streambar.

If using headphones for private listening or speakers for more sound channels or better sound is all that you want, Roku provides an alternative method to Bluetooth.

The feature is called Private listening, and it works through the Roku mobile app on smartphones, tablets, iPhones, iPads, and more. The app lets you watch content from Roku services and control Roku devices and Roku TVs.

The remotes

With some high-end Roku devices and TVs, you don’t need the Roku mobile app to activate Private listening. The included remotes will act as the bridge for the audio devices instead of your devices.
